Upper King Design District | Design Walk Fall '10

CHARLESTON, SC - October 21, 2010 -  Charleston's Upper King Design District will celebrate Fall Design Walk 2010 this coming Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Mayor Joseph P. Riley, Jr. will officially open the event.

From Calhoun to Spring, King Street stores will remain open late for shoppers and strollers with special events and adult refreshments. Most Upper King restaurants will have food and beverage events after 8:00 PM.

The Upper King Design District has quickly become the place to be in downtown Charleston with its unique blend of specialty retail shops, design showrooms and some of the most popular fine dining establishments on the peninsula.

This Fall's Design Walk will celebrate new businesses in the District including:
  • ADAM
  • Michael Mitchell Gallery
  • MyPhoneMD
  • Princess of Tides
There will be Special Event Parking at the Visitor Center Garage on Ann Street between King and Meeting, just $2 for the entire evening.
